Community Rules and Guidelines

We want our users to feel safe & secure while using our services. With that in mind, Homeschool Panda has devised strict community rules and guidelines, that aim to assure user safety.
Rules and Guidelines for Homeschool Panda (HSP) Community participation.

Welcome to Homeschool Panda, provided by FASHCo, LLC. HSP (HSP Mobile Application, HSP Web Application, Panda Messenger, HSP Services, HSP affiliates, ‘doing business as’ entities) wants your voice to be heard! The HSP Community provides various forums for engaging other users and sharing authentic feedback about experiences, ideas and solutions - positive or negative. These Community Guidelines will help you use Community features, including ‘Connect & Collaborate’, user collaboration, Reviews, Questions & Answers, Profile pages, Directories, Registries and Lists.

We stand by the Community

We take the integrity of the Community very seriously. Any attempt to manipulate Community content or features, including by contributing false, misleading, or inauthentic content, is strictly prohibited. If you violate our Guidelines, we may restrict your ability to use Community features, remove content, delist related offerings, suspend or terminate your account. Violation of this Community Rules and Guidelines shall terminate any rights, agreements, subscriptions, receivables, privileges, including agreements created by HSP Terms of Use, HSP Privacy Notice and any other HSP Service Terms. HSP reserves the right, in its sole discretion and for any reason, to terminate your access to all or part of HSP Services, with or without notice. Please note that such termination may also terminate or otherwise affect your access to some or all Participating Sites and Services with which you may have registered using HSP Services. You may terminate this Agreement by simply discontinuing use of the Service and the Software. When using ‘Connect and Collaborate’ features, providing false identity information will lead to, including but not limited to, forfeiture of stored user data, termination of user account, reporting to law enforcement agencies, prosecution and civil lawsuit to recover for any damages / harm caused to our users, brand, goodwill and credibility.

We encourage anyone who suspects that content manipulation is taking place or that our Guidelines are being violated in any way to notify us. We will investigate the concern thoroughly and take any appropriate actions.

By accessing or using our Community features, you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice and to abide by these Guidelines as modified from time to time. These Guidelines apply to any content (including text, images, video, and links) you submit to HSP and actions you take (such as voting on helpfulness, posting emoji or smiling at a post) when using Community features. These Guidelines also apply to your interactions with other members of the Community.
